Good Bye, Hello Life

October is almost here. It is so hard to believe that we are already in fall but everything pumpkin spice helps me to get into the mood very quickly! :)

With the end of September almost here, we prepare to say goodbye to this months special - our Hello Life stamp set special. There are 3 different stamp sets, each one created with a special theme in mind - Scrapbooking, Card Making and our Picture My Life line.  You can use these stamp sets just for those purposes or use them together in all your projects.

At our Paper Fundamentals Workshop on Saturday we created two fun layouts - one layout used the Hello Life - Picture My Life stamp set for our title:



I created this card during our Watercolor workshop last week using colors chosen by Lori J. and our Hello Life - Scrapbooking Stamp Set:



Here is a layout shown on today's Close to My Heart blog post that again used Watercolors and used all three stamp sets in it's title.

Our Christmas Card class is quickly approaching and you are not going to want to miss this annual event. We will create 15 cards (3 of each card) using Close to My Hearts White Pine papers during this 2 1/2 hour event. All papers are pre-cut and ready for a quick assembly.

I've Run Away!

I have run away and it is time to play!

Life has been pretty crazy this summer and since the start of school, even more.  It was time for me to run away, rest and play and that is exactly what I have done this week - Hala!!!

My play time started in Memphis as I ran to play with Brian and Tiffany from our Corporate office. I was also able to meet up with my downline, Lisa.

They came and did a quick but wonderful Making Connections event.  We got a great word from our C.O.O. Brian Holman and then Tiffany gave us a plethora of creative supplies - oh yeah!

We had such a wonderful time talking, laughing and creating.  Here is one of the project we created during the night. 

I love the simplicity of the layout with simple cardstock, but I love the  pop from the Designer Creations Mini Frames and the Glacier Fundamental Assortments - love that stuff!

Scrappin' with Paper Fundamentals

Have you seen our new Paper Fundamentals line?  It was really good before but now it is AMAZING!!! Paper Fundamentals is Close To My Hearts line of papers that come in color sets for the seasons. One side has a glossy design and the other side of each sheet has a reverse design with White popping out. These papers are fabulouse for those pictures that don't follow a specific theme and you don't have any My Reflections Paper Packs to match the pictures.  But now to make these papers even better, Close to My Heart has added an entire line of products to coordinate with the Papers!

Introducing the Enchantment color line papers with new designs (20 sheets of paper, 2 of each design/color),

and their new Assortment line shown in our new color Pomegranate. 

Their are 8 Color Assortments to choose from and will work with any papers, not just our Fundamentals line.  I LOVE these!!!

Here is a fun layout we created at convention this year using our Paper Fundamental line.   Can you tell the theme of the convention - the movie UP!  Love it. Though I don't make one page layouts very frequently, this would be a great cover page to an album don't you think!?!

Because of my love for this paper and because I want you to see just how versatile it is, I have chosen September to be our Paper Fundamentals Workshop month.  Come create with me on September 26th from 2-5pm as we play with the papers and create these 2 fun  layouts that can literally be used with any pictures. Both layouts were created using our Artistry and Artbooking Cricut Cartridges.  Can't make it, no worries. I will mail you the kit with full color instructions for just $6 more.  Just let me know.
